Vyom Sites are situated near Mumbai (approximately 70 to 75 kms from Dahisar Check Naka -NH 48)

Access to the Vyom astro sites is restricted to:

1. Users who have booked an open event (Interstellar).

2. Schools that have booked events (Astronauts Pod).

3. Registered members of the Quantum Explorers' Workshop.

Access Schedule:

1. Accompanied access to these sites follows a set schedule, and tents for rest, as well as local food, are available only on the designated days for booked individuals. Security and site managers are present only on scheduled and booked days.

Minors Policy:

1. Minors will only be allowed entry if they are accompanied by a responsible adult who has a separate booking. No minors will be permitted on-site without an accompanying adult.

Weather Conditions:

1. Sky visibility may be affected by weather conditions, including cloud cover or rain. In such cases, the management will assess the situation, and a refund for cost of gazing may be issued.  No refunds will be issued for the stay and food component. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 7 days to process.

Solar Gazing:

1. Solar gazing can be done only using solar telescopes provided on-site. Regular telescopes must not be used for solar viewing to avoid permanent eye damage.

Parking:

1. Parking is available close to the sites, but vehicle safety is the responsibility of the visitor.

Facilities:

1. Clean restroom facilities are provided through mobile toilets.

2. A fixed-menu meal is included in the package.

3. Resting tents are provided. 

Waste Management:

1. All Vyom sites are fully organic. Waste disposal is only allowed in designated areas, with strict separation of dry and organic waste. Visitors are encouraged to minimise waste generation.

Medical Aid:

1. The sites are equipped with clean mobile restrooms and well-stocked first aid kits.

2. Additionally, 24-hour medical facilities are available within 10 kilometers of each site. The Vyom Project maintains collaborations with nearby medical centers and hospitals to address any emergencies promptly. Please note, however, that all medical expenses incurred during such situations are to be borne by the attendee or student.

Cognitive labs are situated in Mumbai.

Cognitive labs are available exclusively to students enrolled in the Gifted Program (Quantum Explorers' Workshop).

Access is limited to the scheduled time slots booked by the student.

Parents may accompany students but are restricted to the visitors' area.

Through our partnership with eight well-equipped business centers across the city, we offer the flexibility to assign the centre nearest to your home, ensuring both convenience and uncompromised quality. That said, we cannot guarantee availability at your preferred center on your chosen day. However, you can either book an alternative centre with availability during your preferred time or wait for your preferred centre to become available.

The Quantum Explorers' Workshop is a multi-level developmental program, and each level has limited entries.

Individuals aged 13 to 15 years are eligible to apply for the Level 0 of the program.

Each level is charged at the beginning of the respective level.

Level 10 must be completed before the participant turns 18 years old.

The admission fee includes non-refundable application processing charges, regardless of whether you complete the assessments or are selected for the program.

Payment will be made to the principal account of AscendPsychology Cognipsytech Pvt. Ltd. through a secure payment channel.

All Applicants are required to complete the qualification assessments at level 0. 

The qualification assessments are not charged and are free to take.

After payment is completed, you will receive an email with test credentials and instructions on how to take the tests within 3 working days.

Once all Level 0 assessments are completed, we review the submissions and notify you via email regarding the selection status.

Once the assessments are completed, you will receive a brief strengths report and your child’s qualification for Level 1 status within one week of final submission.

If your child qualifies for the program, you will receive an invitation to enrol in Level 1. The email will include complete details about the costs and requirements for Level 1. 

You will have 10 days to complete your enrolment and payment after receiving your invitation for Level 1. If you do not enrol by the specified deadline, the seat will be offered to the next candidate.

Applications for the 2025 batch open on January 1, 2025, and will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Seats are limited each year as we prioritise personalised development, enroling only the top 4 percentile of achievers.

All payments for events, services, and programs must be completed in advance.

Visitors are required to carry valid tickets and a proof of identity to gain entry to the designated Vyom sites and any associated events.

Tickets for the Interstellar cannot be exchanged or transferred to other individuals under any circumstances.

Visitors participate in all activities at the Vyom sites, including sky gazing, camping, and use of facilities, at their own risk. AscendPsychology Cognipsytech Private Ltd. is not responsible for any injury, loss of property, or damages sustained during the visit.

The company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or issues caused by weather, wildlife, or other natural occurrences.

Any personal information collected, including but not limited to names, email addresses, and identification details, will be used solely for the purpose of event registration, identity verification, and site access.

The company adheres to applicable data privacy laws and will not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent from the individual.

If an open event (sky observation) is canceled by AscendPsychology CogniPsyTech Private Ltd. at least two days in advance due to anticipated weather, visibility, or other factors, visitors will be notified, and a refund will be processed within 7 days.

In the event of a cancellation upon arrival due to low visibility, only the observatory ticket fee will be refunded. No refunds will be provided for food and accommodation, nor will additional compensation (such as for travel expenses) be covered. This policy applies to both open events (Interstellar) and school visits (Astronauts' Pod).

If poor weather impacts open-sky observations, visitors are welcome to relax in their assigned tents and enjoy the site, including planned meals. However, refunds for accommodation and meals will not be issued for cancellations related to sky visibility conditions.

If the sky is not visible on nights designated for the Gifted & Near-Gifted program (Quantum Explorers' Workshop), alternative dates are planned.

No cancellations or refunds are available for the Quantum Explorers' Workshop. Once a schedule is booked in the cognitive lab, attendance is required. If a lab session must be canceled, students are allowed up to two rescheduling opportunities per level. A third cancellation within the same level will result in the termination of the contract without any compensation or refund. To continue, the student must re-register and make a new payment for the level.

Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the natural environment.

AscendPsychology CogniPsyTech Private Ltd. reserves the right to remove individuals from the sites for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

The use of alcohol, smoking, or any other psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited on the Vyom sites and will result in immediate expulsion.

AscendPsychology CogniPsyTech Private Ltd. is not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or riots. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations resulting from poor sky visibility and do not apply to other uncontrollable circumstances.

Visitors must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by staff, particularly concerning solar gazing and outdoor activities.

To ensure everyone's well-being, any interaction with wildlife should be avoided, and fire safety measures must be strictly followed.

The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on-site, and violators will be removed without a refund.

AscendPsychology CogniPsyTech Private Ltd. does not assume responsibility for any accidents or mishaps that occur on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained during activities, accidents involving equipment, or incidents resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines. Visitors are encouraged to exercise caution and prioritize their safety and the safety of others while enjoying the facilities.
